Hello Beauty Lovers!
So I FINALLY have a beauty review for you, out of all the things I've been trying and playing with this one really stands out as a must have for me. Bite Beauty has been my go to brand for lipstick since I discovered them because the formula is really smooth and creamy but super pigmented. And when I was on my search for a nice bright coral lipstick, a friend recommended this product to me.
The Cashmere Lip Creams are described on Sephora as:
"A cream-to-powder matte lip color that delivers an unprecedented 50 percent pigment dispersion."
Myself I would describe it as a highly pigmented, matte liquid lipstick with amazing staying powder that also stains your lips. Basically it is the perfect lipstick if you like pigmented lips.
The formula feels nice on the lips, it doesn't go completely dry, it still has a creamy feel to it so it is wearable. There is nothing I hate more than when I rub my lips together and they are just dry. It's extremely unpleasant for me. I find after I eat I do need to reapply to get the buttery feeling again even though the colour is still there.
I got the shade Crush which is described as a reddish coral, which I love coral lipsticks, I always have, and this one is particularly unique. It is bright and bold yet still wearable for everyday if you are comfortable with a bolder lip.
The colour really does stay put and lasts forever. It looks good even after eating a full meal. And I notice the colour even after I remove all of my makeup, which personally I like when lipstick stains, sometimes I can get away with just wearing lip balm the next day if my lips are still really pigmented.
And the applicator is probably the best part. This is the best way to apply a really bold lip because it goes on flawlessly, it's easy to get around the curves of the lips and give perfect application. It's like using lip brush.
My only con with this is that it feathers. So I would recommend lining your lips first with a universal liner to keep it from running into the lines around your lips. My lips are especially bad for it, I have issues with almost any bold lip colour bleeding, which is frustrating for me because bold colours are my absolute favourite.
So lets review!
Pigmentation: 10/10
Lip Feel: 8/10
Longevity: 8/10
Application: 10/10
Overall: 9/10
Overall it's an amazing lipstick. It's super pigmented, super pretty, feels nice on the lips and lasts a long time. I am definitely going to pick up a couple more shades because I really do love this lippy.
Well I hope you enjoyed this review! Thanks for reading! Tell me your favourite lip product!
Peace, Love and Lipstick.
